My Story

I've always been fascinated by how people learn, not just in classrooms, but in the middle of chaos, change, and growth. That curiosity has guided me across continents and industries for nearly two decades, from USF to MNTN, leading learning and enablement systems that help companies scale without losing clarity or connection.

Over the years, I've designed onboarding programs that cut ramp time by 40%, built revenue enablement ecosystems that drove measurable growth, and led teams through transformation across product launches, restructures, and rapid scaling.

 

The through-line: when organizations grow fast, the pace of change outpaces understanding. People aren't disengaged, they're overloaded. Learning and enablement has to work as connective tissue across the business, not a support function off to the side.

 

At my core, I'm an educator and a systems architect. I build learning ecosystems that help people learn faster, apply smarter, and grow stronger, turning knowledge into performance at scale.

What Drives Me

At the core, I believe learning is the most powerful lever for growth, personal or organizational. It’s how we adapt, evolve, and stay human in a world defined by change.​

My work is guided by five principles:

  • Learning is always the solution. Every challenge is a learning challenge. Clarity and capability unlock progress.

  • Systems make learning practical. Good intentions don’t scale, but structure does.

  • Technology amplifies design. Smart tools and AI-assisted workflows are only as effective as the thinking behind them. Automation should enable, not overwhelm.

  • Growth mindset beats perfectionism. I design for iteration, not illusion, because progress compounds faster than perfection.

  • Thriving is intentional. Alignment, clarity, and purpose don’t happen by accident, they’re designed into the way people work.

These principles shape everything I build, the learning and enablement programs that don't just teach, but transform how teams think, collaborate, and perform.
